Brève descriptionWe are looking for a tech-affine Trainee looking to join ourHuman Resources Department!

As Graudate Trainee within our HR department, you will benefit from the full Graduate Trainee Program offerings during your time at Vontobel.

As a Human Resources Graduate Trainee within our HR department you will:

Rotate through various Vontobel Human Resources departments
Understand how closely HR collaborates with the business and how the various teams interact with each other
Experience the different modules “Talent Acquisition”, “Compensation & Benefits”, “People and Organisational Development” and our “HROS, as operations excellence team”
Have the chance to start on October 1, 2021 and conclude the program September 30, 2023 (24 months)

After completing this program, you will have gained a holistic overview of Human Resources in a financial institution which will set you up for a successful career start within Human Resources, no matter which specialization you should choose in the long run at Vontobel as Recruiter, HR project manager, Learning and Development Specialist or HR Specialist within Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics Specialist.

The Human Resources team at Vontobel has close interactions with all business lines. Throughout your rotations, you will be in touch with different stakeholders, gaining insights across the full employee life cycle. We are looking for a tech-affine new joiner, bringin a quantitative mindset to the work.

You will learn a strategical appraoch to recruitment as well as hands-on experience with targeted sourcing and recruitment efforts within the Talent Acquisition team.

Within our Organisational Development team, You will be involved in supporting various learning, talent, performance management and employee engagement related projects.

Within our Compensation and Benefits team, there is a chance to support with the review of fringe benefits and the complexity when handling international employees and locations.

Within our HROS team, you will also push our analytical thinking across all HR departments and work on digitalization & process optimization.

In addition, you will be able to get involved and lead one or multiple projects of strategic relevant topics such as for example HR Analytics, Employer Branding awareness, organisational Change, Diversity & Inclusion or Employee Health.

Your teams will be located in the center of Zurich, at Gotthardstrasse 44.
