Digital Transformation Internship
(3 - 6 months contract with our external partner, Randstad)


In this challenging and exciting role, the ‘’Digital Transformation Interns’’ will help shape the vision for how Galderma leverages digital solutions to engage with its employees as well as its patients, consumers, and healthcare practitioners. This internship will involve working on different subjects that touch on the transformation of both the organization and dermatology business more broadly.


Intern will focus on a specific business area, with the objective to:
• Rethink where and how digital could play a role along the key value drivers of the business, based on a thorough understanding of the business context and digital trends as well as brainstorming of innovative digital solutions
• Prioritize digital use cases and build a strategic roadmap, including first thoughts on the business case and organization implications
• Optional: Collaborate on the development of a digital use case, by helping define the desired functionalities and outline the minimum viable product
• Potential extension possible, to help further detail and implement the digital roadmap


• Recent graduate (Bachelor or Master’s degree), ideally with a combined technology and business program (including strategy, management or related area)
• Experience preferable with transformative business models or digital solutions (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Data, Virtual, Augmented Reality)
• English fluent (oral and written); French and additional European language is an asset
• Digitally savvy & business orientation
• Self-starter mindset
• Pro-active, results-driven with strong problem solving skills
• Agile, dynamic personality and at ease with ambiguity
• Embracing new challenges with great attitude
• Excellent team player attitude

Additional Information:
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Virtual and office (rue d’Entre-deux-Villes 10-12, 1814 La-Tour-de-Peilz, CH)
Duration: 3 months, with option to extend up to 6 months

Recruitment process:

• First phone interviews: if you have been selected, you will be contacted by our recruitment partner, Randstad
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to present the business case during 15-min as part of the interview
• Virtual or face-to-face interview for shortlisted candidates: 1-hour interview, where you will have the opportunity to present your business case
