The role:
You will assist the CRM Regional Project Manager in deploying new CRM projects in our AMA Region for Clarins & Mugler brands.
What you’ll do:
You will support the local CRM teams in adopting new organization, processes, and tools deployed to ensure main CRM deadlines are met.
• Assist in preparing CRM projects roadmaps in AMA Region
• Update Monthly/Quarterly CRM Reports for AMA region and for all brands
• Maintain Adobe Campaign e-mail trigger campaigns & coordinate with relevant teams when an issue is found
• Gather CRM local teams support requests on Jira, and find the appropriate group of people to solve the issue (internal/external)
• Animate the AMA CRM community by posting interesting trends, facts, results on Microsoft teams

You are:
• Customer-focused, results-oriented and brand-addicted
• Autonomous, motivated, trusted, and passionate about digital &/or CRM
• Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive, value teamwork, excellence, authenticity, accountability and integrity
• Genuinely looking forward to new challenges

You have:
• A Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering or Business ideal
• Previous experience in CRM or Beauty Industry preferred
• Project management experience preferred

Technical skills:
• Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel) knowledge is required
• Jira or other “ticketing” software knowledge preferred
• Confluence or other “internal wiki” software knowledge ideal
• Adobe Campaign knowledge preferred
• Salesforce knowledge or SQL knowledge
• BI tools knowledge (Power Pivot, Power BI)

Languages:
• English fluent is required
• French fluent is required
